About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to support our sales/customer outreach efforts. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in communication, sales, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients using provided data
Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Handle customer queries and provide basic information
Maintain call records and update customer details accurately
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments when required
Meet daily/weekly calling targets
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team
Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of sales or customer service (preferred)
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Ability to handle rejection positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Willingness to learn and adapt
