Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Erm Global Investors. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, site visits, and closing property deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects

• Follow up with interested clients to close sales deals

• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM/ATS

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
