Position: Telecaller (Full Time)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our employment agency. Your main job will be to make calls to candidates and clients, explain job openings, collect required information, and schedule interviews. You must have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to job seekers and explain available job opportunities
• Collect candidate details and update in the system
• Answer incoming calls from candidates/clients and resolve basic queries
• Follow-up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, joining, etc.
• Maintain proper records of calls and daily work reports
• Coordinate with HR team and recruiters for candidate updates

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Computer operations
• Positive attitude and convincing skills
• Able to handle pressure and meet daily targets

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Depending on experience)
