Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Wall Street Realty Incorporation is looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our team!

This role is key to our growth and involves directly engaging with potential clients to introduce and explain our real estate projects. You will be provided with the data (leads) and your main task will be to convert them into genuine prospects.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make regular outbound calls to prospective clients using the data/leads provided by the company.

• Product Explanation: Clearly and persuasively explain our real estate projects (plots, farmhouses, studio apartments, etc.) and highlight their features and investment benefits.

• Lead Management: Accurately record all call details, conversation summaries, and follow-up actions in the company's system.

• Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.

• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer data and company information.

✨ Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Telesales or Telecalling. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!

  • Excellent Verbal Communication skills (fluency in Hindi is essential; English is a plus).
