Job Opportunity: Telecaller – Insurance Sector

📌 Position Details

• Job Title: Telecaller – Insurance Products

• Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (insurance/finance sector preferred)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000/month + Attractive Incentives

• Languages: Gujarati & Hindi (Mandatory); English (Preferred)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Life, Health, Mutual Funds, Personal Accident, and General Insurance products.

• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and eligibility in local languages.

• Handle incoming queries confidently and resolve objections with product knowledge.

• Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into active policyholders.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and successful conversions.

• Ensure exceptional customer engagement and support post-sale.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer onboarding.

• Adhere to IRDAI and AMFI guidelines and internal compliance protocols.

• Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or customer support

• Sector Experience: Insurance/Finance experience is an added advantage

• Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM usage)

• Confident, patient, and result-oriented

• Good convincing skills and patience is an added advantage.
