Telecaller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining property details, and generating leads for site visits and sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Omana Properties projects.

• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans clearly and accurately.

• Generate and qualify leads to schedule site visits or sales meetings.

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide prompt responses to client questions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
