Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Relationship Manager with strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and providing trading support.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction.

Explain stock market products, trading platforms, margin policies, and brokerage plans.

Handle client queries related to trading, account opening, KYC, and investment support.

Achieve monthly sales targets for account acquisition and revenue generation.

Promote company research calls, trading strategies, and advisory services.

Provide post-sales service and update clients on market movements.

Maintain daily follow-up, reporting, and CRM updates.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Equity, F&O, Commodity & Currency markets.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Good knowledge of trading apps (like Aliceblue, Zerodha, Upstox, etc).

Ability to explain market concepts in simple language.

Sales-oriented mindset with target-achievement focus.
