We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound calls, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, or conduct surveys.
Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and address concerns in a professional manner.
Customer Interaction: Provide clear and accurate information about products/services, assisting with orders or troubleshooting.
Sales: Upsell or cross-sell products where possible, meeting individual and team sales targets.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads, sales inquiries, or customer feedback.
Reporting: Report on daily/weekly activities and results, track KPIs, and assist in improving sales strategies.
