Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our tissue paper business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to wholesalers, retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, offices, hospitals, and other potential customers.
Introduce and promote the company's tissue paper products.
Generate new business leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat orders.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
Record customer interactions and update the CRM or sales records.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, and CRM software is an advantage).
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle objections effectively.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of FMCG or tissue paper products is an added advantage
