Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation
During Probation (First 3 Months)
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Total Earning (OTE): Up to ₹40,000 per month
Post Confirmation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Total Earning (OTE): Up to ₹50,000 per month
Preferred Languages: English Fluent
Regional Language: Tamil or Malayalam would be considered advantage
Preferred Experience
1–2 years of experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, Customer Engagement, or Corporate Tele-sales.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills, confidence, and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
