Responsibilities of Telecallers

1. Inform & Engage

Call students and parents to introduce our classes.

Clearly explain the vision, mission, and unique features of our institute.

2. Promote Demo Lectures

Highlight the importance of attending demo lectures before making admission decisions.

Encourage participation by explaining how demo sessions help in choosing the right coaching.

3. Guide & Support

Share lecture schedules (via WhatsApp, SMS, or email).

Assist students/parents with any queries and make them feel comfortable and confident about joining.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift....only 5 Hours Daily.
