Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, explain products/services, and generate leads or sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate leads and follow up with customers
Maintain customer database and call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Coordinate with sales or support teams when required
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and negotiate
Fluent in English/Hindi/local language
Positive attitude and patience
Time management skills
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service/sales

Working Hours: 10AM - 6:30PM
