Telesales Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote our real estate projects, and convert prospects into successful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

2. Promote and explain real estate projects, property details, and investment opportunities.

3. Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

4. Convince potential clients and convert inquiries into qualified leads.

5. Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales opportunities.

6. Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM data management.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary & Incentives
