We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in the automobile sector. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers and informing them about their vehicle service schedules, service reminders, and related offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to remind them about their vehicle servicing.

Explain service details and offers to customers.

Schedule service appointments with interested customers.

Maintain records of customer calls and responses.

Follow up with customers for pending services.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling.
