Job Summary:

Andromeda Loan and Distribution is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female telecallers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for calling potential customers and assisting them in applying for home loans and personal loans. If you have a passion for communication and helping people achieve their financial goals, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products

Explain loan products (Home Loan & Personal Loan) clearly and effectively

Gather and verify customer information

Maintain daily call logs and update the database

Follow up with leads to convert into successful applications

Ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process

Requirements:

Female and Male candidates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to explain financial products confidently

Prior experience in loan telecalling is a plus but not mandatory

Job Details:

Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Holidays: Government Holidays Provided

Salary:

Fresher: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Experienced (in Loan Telecalling): Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Benefits: PF Provided
