We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to deliver an excellent customer experience for udaan’s B2B platform. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order and service interactions. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
•
Provide accurate information and timely resolution of customer issues.
•
Maintain customer satisfaction and follow service quality standards.
•
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
•
Document interactions and update system records.
Required Skills
•
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (voice).
•
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
•
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
