We are looking for a Team Leader to supervise and guide our telecalling team. The role includes managing daily operations, ensuring quality calls, achieving targets, and supporting telecallers with coaching and motivation.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers
Ensure the team meets daily and monthly targets
Monitor call quality and provide feedback
Train new telecallers and conduct regular refreshers
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues
Track performance, update reports, and maintain records
Ensure scripts and calling processes are followed
Improve productivity and maintain a positive work environment
