Telecaller का काम कस्टमर को फोन कॉल करना, हमारी सर्विस/प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी देना और उनकी queries का सही जवाब देना होगा। कस्टमर से शालीन और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से बात करना, कॉल का रिकॉर्ड रखना और डेली रिपोर्ट तैयार करना इस जॉब का हिस्सा होगा। Fresher candidates को भी ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। हिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत आनी चाहिए, अंग्रेज़ी का बेसिक ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
