Key Responsibilities:
. Achieve individual targets for lead conversion and client onboarding.
. Evaluate client eligibility and provide accurate immigration consultation over phone, email, or in person.
. Take full ownership of all visa-related matters, including documentation, client queries, and problem resolution.
. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage progression and ensure conversions.
. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and requirements for countries like Australia and Canada.
. Provide end-to-end guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.
. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service without compromise—even under tight deadlines or pressure.
. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to process improvements.
. Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
. Proven experience in immigration consultancy, sales, telesales, or telecalling is preferred.
. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
. Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle pressure.
. Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess client eligibility.
. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
. Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
