A Sales Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products or services and their benefits.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups when required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate .
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Experience
Fresher to 2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing.
