The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling properties, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Good knowledge of the local real estate market
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
