Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

• Handle client queries and provide accurate information

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records

• Maintain client data and update records regularly

• Follow company policies and calling procedures

• Coordinate with the team and report to the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: __________________________

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (local language preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Ability to handle client conversations politely

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
