About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller who will be responsible for contacting gig workers, explaining available delivery opportunities, and assisting them with the complete onboarding process.

The selected candidate will connect with potential gig workers for delivery opportunities with leading platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, BigBasket, and Swiggy Instamart.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential gig workers from the provided database/leads.

• Explain available delivery job opportunities, earning potential, working locations, and requirements.

• Understand the candidate's preferred location, availability, and eligibility.

• Convince and motivate interested candidates to join suitable gig-work opportunities.

• Guide candidates through the complete onboarding process.

• Collect and verify required candidate details and documents.

• Coordinate with the onboarding/operations team to ensure successful joining.

• Follow up regularly with interested candidates until they complete onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, interested candidates, onboarded candidates, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and onboarding targets.

• Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with candidates after onboarding to ensure they successfully start their gig work.

• Update candidate status regularly in the CRM, Google Sheet, or assigned recruitment platform.

Gig Platforms / Hiring Opportunities

Candidates will be onboarded for gig-worker opportunities associated with platforms such as:

• Swiggy

• Zomato

• Blinkit

• BigBasket

• Swiggy Instamart

• Other delivery and logistics platforms as per business requirements.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, or gig-worker hiring is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Regional language knowledge is a plus.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.

• Ability to maintain candidate records and follow up consistently.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Good convincing and communication skills.
