Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Telecallers to join our team at Genesis Homes. The role involves engaging with potential clients over phone calls, providing information about our real estate projects, generating leads, and coordinating site visits. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Provide clear and accurate information about real estate projects, offers, and services.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records regularly.
- Address customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling or real estate is an advantage (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Confidence in handling customer interactions and building rapport.
