Key Responsibilities

Contact and coordinate with interested customers

Explain Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Overdraft products
Collect and verify customer information and documents
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
Maintain records and update CRM systems
Achieve daily and monthly targets
