Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Erm Global Investors. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers.
Understand customer requirements and answer their queries professionally.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement.
Update customer information and call status in the CRM on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead progress and customer feedback.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain professionalism and build long-term customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
