We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Chat & Telecaller Executives to handle UAE-based customers. The role involves interacting with leads through calls and chat platforms, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls with UAE and Mumbai customers
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, live chat, and email
Explain product/service details clearly and professionally
Follow up with interested customers and close sales
Maintain proper records of conversations and lead status in CRM
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in Tele calling / Chat Process (UAE or International process preferred)
Strong English communication skills (Arabic knowledge is an advantage)
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in UAE shift timings
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales Process
Experience handling international customers
