Role Overview
We are hiring high-energy, target-driven sales professionals for an outbound loan sales process covering Home Loans (HL), Personal Loans (PL), and Auto Loans (AL).
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a performance-driven environment, have strong persuasion skills, and can confidently engage customers over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales for loan products (HL / PL / AL)
Engage prospective customers, understand requirements, and pitch relevant financial products
Maintain strong follow-ups and conversion discipline
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Ensure accurate data capture and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
V5 Level: HSC + minimum 6 months of sales/tele-calling experience
V6 Level: Graduate + minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Strong preference for candidates with BFSI / loan sales exposure

Strong sales mindset and convincing ability

Basic understanding of financial products is an advantage
Work Details
Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotational within this window)
Week Off: Any 1 rotational week off
