We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team DNCC. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers Rs 12000 to 14000pm and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call new and existing patients/leads and explain the clinic’s cosmetic and aesthetic treatments.
Understand the patient’s requirements and provide basic information about suitable services.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
Follow up with leads generated through WhatsApp, website, social media, advertisements, etc.
Explain consultation procedures, treatment packages, offers, and basic pricing.
Maintain records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Remind patients about upcoming appointments.
Follow up with patients after consultations or treatments when required.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, reception, and sales teams.
Convert enquiries into consultations/appointments while maintaining a professional and polite approach.
Handle basic patient questions and escalate medical or treatment-related questions to the doctor/qualified staff.
Meet monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, appointments, and lead conversions
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 to 5 yrs Experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Working Days during the Day shift.
