Job Description

1. Hiring Company:Dey & Dey's Financial Services Private Limited is recruiting for their Home Loan Products vertical.

2. Open Positions: Vacancies are available for two roles: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive and Team Leader / Supervisor.

3. Location & Type: Both positions are full-time, work-from-office roles located in Shyambazar, Kolkata.

4. Eligibility Age: The required age group for all applying candidates is 25 to 40 years.

5. Telecaller Duties: Responsibilities include calling/following up with prospective Home Loan and LAP customers, explaining loan features/eligibility, and managing leads, data, and appointments.

6. Team Leader Duties: Includes all telecaller tasks plus target allocation, team monitoring, and managing MIS reporting.

7. Basic Requirements: All candidates must be a Minimum Graduate, possess basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM), and speak Bengali, Hindi, and English.

8. Experience Needed:Telemarketing roles require basic skills, while the Team Leader role specifically requires 2+ years of supervisory or BFSI sales experience.
