We are currently seeking a confident and articulate Telecaller who can engage professionally with medical professionals and help drive client meetings and conversions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage professional conversations with doctors and hospital representatives

• Schedule and confirm meetings between clients and internal teams

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes

• Ensure a minimum of 1–2 successful client meetings are fixed and closed per month

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or client communication

• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi

• Ability to speak confidently and respectfully with medical professionals

• Basic understanding of healthcare industry dynamics is a plus

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

💰 Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

• Incentives: 5% commission on each successfully closed deal

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
