We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing coaching, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and tasks.

Handle & manage a team of 8–10 Telecallers

Build/bring own team of Telecallers

Train, guide & motivate the team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Monitor calls, maintain discipline & ensure performance

Share daily/weekly reports with management
