Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller for IT services who can confidently communicate with potential clients, understand their business needs, and promote our digital and IT solutions. This role is not limited to calling only—you will also support basic IT and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote IT services (websites, software, digital solutions)

• Explain services clearly and handle basic client queries

• Follow up with interested leads and update CRM records

• Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements

• Assist in basic website updates and data entry work

• Support social media posting and content uploads

• Maintain daily call and lead reports

Required Skills:

• Clear communication in Hindi / English (Hinglish works)

• Basic computer knowledge (mandatory)

• Willingness to learn IT services (training provided)

• Basic understanding of websites / digital work (preferred, not compulsory)

• Discipline and regular office attendance
