💼 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up consistently

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about our projects

Schedule site visits and assist in converting leads into clients

Maintain updated lead data in CRM

Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth lead management

Share client feedback to help enhance marketing efforts

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination

Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus)

Basic MS Office skills and comfort working with CRM software

Strong listening and persuasion skills with a positive, customer-first approach
