We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and converting leads into customers.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound queries in a professional and timely manner.
Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate departments.
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
