Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

• Make calls to customers and dealers for product enquiries.

• Share information about electric scooters, e-rickshaws, and dealership process.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain basic record of calls.

• Support the sales team with lead updates.

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

• Polite and confident speaking style.

• Basic mobile or computer knowledge.

• Good listening and convincing skills.

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Salary: As per company policy + incentives
