We are looking for a Collection Executive – Telecalling who will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers for pending dues collection, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining records, and achieving collection targets.
Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely settlements.
Explain account status, outstanding balances, and payment options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update payment status.
Handle objections politely and professionally while maintaining customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned by the team.
Escalate complex cases to the senior team/manager as required.
