🔹 Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

🔹 Provide assistance and support to existing customers

🔹 Maintain call logs and follow-up reports

🔹 Build and maintain positive customer relationships

🔹 Communicate clearly and confidently in English & Hindi
