Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide information

• Explain product/service details and benefits clearly

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and Bengali.)
