Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Sales Officers (Telecallers) for our SALPL department at Bajaj. This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic individuals looking to grow in a sales and customer service role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products/services.

• Explain product features, benefits, and processes clearly and convincingly.

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge.
