Hiring: Telecaller – Academic Counsellor/ Educational Sales

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

AV Global Advisory Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to promote and sell professional training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with prospective students and guiding them toward suitable career development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective candidates through calls and follow up on generated leads.
Explain training programs, course benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures.
Counsel candidates and understand their career aspirations.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the training and operations team for admissions and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Eligibility

Any Graduate
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
