Position: Tele Sales Executive
Industry: Health Insurance
Location: Chennai (Ambattur)

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to promote and sell Health Insurance products over calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
Explain product features, benefits, and policy details.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Insurance Sales, BFSI, or BPO Sales.
Experience in Health Insurance sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Fluent in Hindi, English, and the local language.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
