The Telecaller / Client Outreach Executive is responsible for initiating and managing outbound client communication, supporting lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and contributing to the company’s revenue pipeline.
This role is integral to Apnabusinez.com’s client acquisition strategy and requires multilingual communication skills, structured follow-ups, and adherence to professional service standards.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80–120 calls per day) to prospective and existing clients.
Communicate clearly and professionally about Apnabusinez.com’s services including GST, Income Tax, Business Registration, ROC, TDS, Audit, and Compliance solutions.
Qualify leads using approved calling scripts, checklists, and eligibility parameters.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of call outcomes, client data, and follow-ups in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
Schedule client appointments and coordinate effective handover to Sales Executives.
Perform structured follow-ups on pending inquiries and warm leads.
Maintain high standards of call quality, data accuracy, confidentiality, and professional etiquette.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Multilingual Communication: Kannada + Hindi (Mandatory), English (Added Advantage)
