Job Title: Collection Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of dues.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections

Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery

Maintain accurate records of all conversations and payment commitments

Negotiate payment plans with customers when required

Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues professionally

Update collection status in the system regularly

Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Strong convincing and problem-solving skills

Fluent in Hindi, English, Gujarati

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service

Knowledge of debt collection practices and regulations
