Telesales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

• Schedule client meetings for the sales/design team.

• Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.

• Coordinate with clients regarding appointments, quotations, and project updates.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and database calling.

• Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status.

• Support administrative and customer service activities as required.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email, autocad,

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and professional phone etiquette.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, or front office is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
