Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and professional Tele Caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, provide product information, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to meet targets.
Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Previous tele-calling or customer care experience is an advantage.
Good listening skills and polite telephone etiquette.
