Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
Ensure timely responses to queries and concerns.
Develop long-term business relationships and repeat sales.
4 Market & Competitor Awareness
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
Share weekly insights with the Sales/Marketing team.
5 Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Secondary Responsibilities (Supportive)
Cross-sell and upsell wherever applicable.
Participate in training and periodic performance reviews.
