Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain Star Health insurance products.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

• Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper customer and call records.

• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Coordinate with the internal team to complete the sales process.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or insurance will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
