Profile – Phone Banking Officer
Role and Responsibilities
• Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.
• For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.
• Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.
• Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product is mandatory.
Inbound Customer service Voice process & Upselling Banking products over calls
Fixed plus Incentives
CTC for Experienced: 32k CTC ( depends on interview )
Shift Time –
Female – 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs. Shift)
Male – 11:00am to 8:00 pm/2:30pm to 11:00 pm
1 Rotational weekoff
6 Days working
Required Skills :
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.
Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.
Important Notes:
• Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)
• CIBIL Score must be 700 or above
• Age limit is upto 35 Years only
Skills and Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
