Key Responsibilities – Telecaller ● Make outbound calls to prospective patients from provided leads/database. ● Understand the patient's requirements and pain-related concerns. ● Explain Nexus Pain Management services in a clear and professional manner. ● Counsel prospective patients and address basic queries regarding consultations and treatment services. ● Generate and schedule appointments for interested patients. ● Follow up with leads who have not yet confirmed their appointments. ● Maintain regular follow-up with interested and pending leads. ● Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments. ● Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments and conversions in the CRM. ● Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets. ● Coordinate with the hospital/clinic and internal teams regarding patient appointments. ● Handle patient queries professionally and escalate medical or clinical questions to the appropriate team. ● Maintain high standards of customer service and patient confidentiality. ● Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
